We could write all the usual stuff like 47½ years of combined professional live band experience...but we won't. No wait, actually we just did. Seriously, though, just know we're all just a bunch of guys having fun playing high energy, guitar driven rock, funk, and soul music that everybody knows and loves.
In 2005, we formed a band literally in the garage for nothing more than just the fun of it. Initially we played for friends and family...and after enough of hearing 'hey, you guys are gooood!', we steadily got more and more serious about it...so we invested in a serious P.A., got a professional sound man, and built up a diverse set list that can be tailored (even on the fly) to suit the venue, the crowd, the mood, and the moment.
Yet, despite our growth as band, we strive to never lose sight of the joy it is to play live music and get a crowd dancing and singing along. There's no bigger compliment to a band than a watching people mouth the lyrics to their favorite tune, pack the floor on a slow song, or let loose on some some serious air guitar moves.
The "four" from GB4 are

What can we say, Tommy just loves playing guitar! It's all about the right tone for the song. For a 'Stones tune there's no substitute for a twangy Telecaster in open G. Can you even imagine Billy Gibbon's of ZZ Top playing a Strat? Rumor has it if you play SRV on a Les Paul, the guitar will instantaneously self destruct...never tried it..not about to try and find out.
Gearwise it's old school all the way: a tube amp with a tube screamer pedal to put it over the top when you need it and a Wah pedal to make it "talk". Maybe some carefully timed delay effect for that U2-Edge sound.

Tommy's Gear List: 60th Anniversary Fender Strat, Les Paul Standard Unburst, Vox ADTVT50 Valvtronix Amp, Roger Mayer Octavia, Vox Wah, Ibanez Tube Screamer, Shure Green Bullet Mic, Lee Oscar Harmonicas, GHS Low Tune Pure Nickel Rocker Strings
